Unfortunately we have had an increase in delayed packages. In the event that your package goes missing, we will open an investigation on your behalf to find the package with Australia Post. This investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. In 95% of cases, your package will be found and delivered to you. If the package is not delivered to you, we will discuss your insurance options and potential replacement options (this will vary from order to order).
We are dedicated to delivering your purchase to your door at the as soon as possible. Over 80% of orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, with some deliveries taking up to 10 business days depending on your location.

We ship from Melbourne, so for most Melbourne customers, you should expect your delivery promptly.
For South Australian, New South Wales and Queensland customers, we ask you to add 1-2 more days to get your package to you. Express postage significantly speeds up delivery times for Western Australian customers, but generally still takes about 3 days.

How to make a return
Making a return is really simple:

- Pack your order and send it back to our returns warehouse (you will be provided with a delivery address)
- Once we receive your return, it can take up to 3 business days to process your refund. You will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
