We ship from Melbourne, so for most Melbourne customers, you should expect your delivery promptly.
For South Australian, New South Wales and Queensland customers, we ask you to add 1-2 more days to get your package to you. For our customers in Western Australia and Darwin, expect a minimum of 5 business days for regular shipments. Express postage significantly speeds up delivery times for Western Australian customers, but generally still takes about 3 days.

Free Postage

To qualify for free postage, simply order over $99 or more in one transaction after discounts or Meccalira reward deductions. You will be prompted on the checkout page if you have become eligible for free shipping, or if you are close to becoming eligible. For bulky items, we require a minimum spend of $299 to be eligible for free shipping.

Flat Rate Postage

Meccamino offers amazing value at $9.90, flat rate shipping, anywhere in Australia excluding some bulky items. All shipping sent from our Warehouse is sent via Australia post, Couriers Please, TNT or FastWay.

We support Parcel Lockers and P.O Boxes

We use Australia Post for deliveries, so if you do have a parcel locker, please enter your parcel locker details in the shipping address on the checkout. However, due to recent changes with Australia Post, regular postage may take 1-2 days longer.

Typically we don’t have any problems with our orders; however if we do make a mistake please get into touch with us.

We will gladly replace or fix any orders which has a product or products which are out of date, or incorrect.

Our policy is to ensure you are 100% happy.

If you’ve changed your mind

We’re happy to provide a full refund, minus any shipping/handling costs.

We do have some guidelines to our return policy:

1. Returns must be within 30 days of the order date (not the received date).
2. We will not accept any damaged or open products
3. Products that have been shipped with a seal or protective wrapping must be in original condition
4. You will need to send the products back to our warehouse at your own expense.

How to make a return

Making a return is really simple:

1. Start by sending us an email via our contact form

3. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 3 business days to process your refund. You will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Australian consumer rights

All Australian’s have consumer rights when making purchases, and at Meccamino we pride ourselves on following the Australian Consumer Law 2011.

If the product is not in good condition, and/or does not meet the description on our online web-shop, you are entitled to a full refund or remedy. A remedy could be a replacement product. Please contact us if you feel your consumer rights have been breached and we will do everything to help.
