Due to covid 19, unfortunately ALL shipping has been delayed, including Express Delivery. This means we cannot guarantee delivery times, even for Express shipping.
Unfortunately we have had an increase in delayed packages. In the event that your package goes missing, we will open an investigation on your behalf to find the package with Australia Post. This investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. In 95% of cases, your package will be found and delivered to you. If the package is not delivered to you, we will discuss your insurance options and potential replacement options (this will vary from order to order).
We are dedicated to delivering your purchase to your door at the as soon as possible. Over 80% of orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, with some deliveries taking up to 10 business days depending on your location.

We ship from Melbourne, so for most Melbourne customers, you should expect your delivery promptly.
For South Australian, New South Wales and Queensland customers, we ask you to add 1-2 more days to get your package to you. For our customers in Western Australia and Darwin, expect a minimum of 5 business days for regular shipments. Express postage significantly speeds up delivery times for Western Australian customers, but generally still takes about 3 days.

To qualify for free postage, simply order over $199 or more in one transaction after discounts or Meccalira reward deductions. You will be prompted on the checkout page if you have become eligible for free shipping, or if you are close to becoming eligible. For bulky items, we require a minimum spend of $299 to be eligible for free shipping.

Meccamino offers amazing value at $9.90, flat rate shipping, anywhere in Australia excluding some bulky items. All shipping sent from our Warehouse is sent via Australia post, Couriers Please, TNT or FastWay.

We use Australia Post for deliveries, so if you do have a parcel locker, please enter your parcel locker details in the shipping address on the checkout. However, due to recent changes with Australia Post, regular postage may take 1-2 days longer.

We do have some guidelines to our return policy:
- Returns must be within 30 days of the order date (not the received date).
- We will not accept any damaged or open products
- Products that have been shipped with a seal or protective wrapping must be in original condition
- You will need to send the products back to our warehouse at your own expense.
How to make a return
Making a return is really simple:
- Start by sending us an email via our contact form
- Pack your order and send it back to our returns warehouse (you will be provided with a delivery address)
- Once we receive your return, it can take up to 3 business days to process your refund. You will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Australian consumer rights
All Australian’s have consumer rights when making purchases, and at Meccamino we pride ourselves on following the Australian Consumer Law 2011.
If the product is not in good condition, and/or does not meet the description on our online web-shop, you are entitled to a full refund or remedy. A remedy could be a replacement product. Please contact us if you feel your consumer rights have been breached and we will do everything to help.
