Returns Policy

Meccamino is dedicated to providing high quality supplements and health food

Typically we don’t have any problems with our orders; however if we do make a mistake please get into touch with us.

We will gladly replace or fix any orders which has a product or products which are out of date, or incorrect.

Our policy is to ensure you are 100% happy.

 

If you’ve changed your mind

We’re happy to provide a full refund, minus any shipping/handling costs.

We do have some guidelines to our return policy:

  1. Returns must be within 30 days of the order date (not the received date).
  2. We will not accept any damaged or open products
  3. Products that have been shipped with a seal or protective wrapping must be in original condition
  4. You will need to send the products back to our warehouse at your own expense.

How to make a return

Making a return is really simple:

  1. Start by sending us an email via our contact form
  2. Pack your order and send it back to our returns warehouse (you will be provided with a delivery address)
  3. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 3 business days to process your refund. You will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Australian consumer rights

All Australian’s have consumer rights when making purchases, and at Meccamino we pride ourselves on following the Australian Consumer Law 2011.

If the product is not in good condition, and/or does not meet the description on our online web-shop, you are entitled to a full refund or remedy. A remedy could be a replacement product. Please contact us if you feel your consumer rights have been breached and we will do everything to help.
